Bookkeeping
Monthly, quarterly, reconciliation. QuickBooks, Sage, Acomba. clean books, clean nights.
Bad bookkeeping doesn't just cost you a sloppy T2. it costs you cloudy decisions all year. Without reliable monthly numbers, you don't know which client is profitable, which line subsidizes the others, or when you can pay yourself. Bookkeeping isn't an admin cost: it's the difference between flying blind and flying on instruments.

Frequently asked
How much per month?
For a small business with under 100 transactions a month, expect $350–$600/month. More accounts, more cards, GST/QST and payroll push the number up. We always scope after looking at a typical month. never before.
I'm two years behind. Is it recoverable?
Yes, almost always. We start with the catch-up, then move into a clean monthly cycle. The catch-up is billed separately because it's forensic work. but it's exactly what unlocks everything else (financing, audit response, filing).
Which software do you use?
QuickBooks Online first (most flexible, most collaborative), Sage for more established structures, Acomba for clients already comfortable with it. We can also migrate between systems without losing history.
