How much for 3 employees?+

Typically $80–$150 per pay cycle for 3 employees, including remittances and stubs. Rates scale with headcount and frequency. Year-end T4/RL-1s are usually bundled in the annual package.

My workers are contractors. Is that payroll or not?+

Trap question. and an expensive one if answered wrong. If the relationship looks like employment (control, integration, economic dependence), Revenu Québec can reclassify as employees and bill you retroactive source deductions plus penalties. We help structure agreements so the classification holds up.

An employee is on sick leave. What do I do?+

Depends if it's short-term (EI, preventive withdrawal), prolonged (CNESST if work-related), or personal. Each case has its own form and deadline. We walk you through it. exactly the kind of moment where admin slips become HR cases.
